Registration Policies
- All fees are to be paid in full, prior to 2nd International Conference for Women 2008 by 30th September 2008 (or designated sign-in day) to attend any part of the conference. If fee paid a few days prior to the event, please bring along your bank receipt.
- Cancellations must be confirmed in writing and received at International Conference for Women by 30th September 2008 for a 50% refund of all fees. No refund is payable after this date.
- Registered participants who fail to attend and do not cancel in writing by 30th September 2008 will be invoiced at 100% of full fees.
- Registrations are not completed until all fees have been fully paid.
- Early Bird Special and all other discounts are no longer valid if fees are not paid in full by end of stated promotion periods. Invoice and formal receipts are available upon request.
- Registrations received after 30th September 2008 are subject to an additional Euro 100 respective CHF 175 in administrative fees.
